Ring's End and BuildBook have teamed up to support independent contractors and small construction businesses by bringing relationships back to the forefront.

If you’ve been in the construction industry for a while now, you may remember a time when personal relationships with your suppliers and vendors were the standard.

You had a direct line to someone who knew you by name, understood your business, and cared about your success as much as you do.

As suppliers started consolidating and the independently run companies you once trusted either got shut down or bought, prices started going up and personal attention started going down

We believe it's important to have a direct line into your local lumberyard and real human support from your project management software

Somewhere along the way, construction companies lost the partner who knew what they had at stake when something broke down or the expert that provided guidance and answers when it was most needed.

As a company that values and supports the independent contractors and small construction companies that make up the majority of the residential construction industry, we wanted to help bring things back to the way they used to be.

Supporting Small, Growing Bigger — Together

We think it’s important to have a direct line into your local lumberyard and real human support from your project management software. That is why we’re excited to announce that we’ve teamed up with Ring’s End to bring personal relationships back to the forefront.

Ring’s End is a Connecticut-based lumber and building materials retailer that has been serving independent contractors and small construction businesses in Connecticut, Rhode Island, and New York since 1902.

As two independently owned providers in construction, we both recognized the negative impact that the rising costs and shift away from personal service was having on our mutual customers, which is what sparked the idea of coming together.

Both of our companies are run by small teams of real humans that value personal connections with our customers, so we understand what’s at stake. We take pride in the products we provide and that our customers rely on because their success is just as important to us.

The goal of the partnership is to support small construction businesses and provide solutions to help efficiently manage and grow their business. In addition to providing personal support, customers have access to extensive discounts, incentives, and more as the partnership grows.
